Hello, My great grandparents homesteaded in the Little Goose Canyon in 1879. Since then my family has been ranching in the Sheridan Wyoming area.
  I have been hunting since I was old enough to go and a licensed guide for more than 20 years. Besides hunting in Wyoming I have hunted in Montana, South Dakota, Canada, Alaska, Mexico and this May I had the wonderful opportunity to hunt in Africa. 
  Because of my life long ties to the area, experience, knowledge and love of the outdoors I offer a hunting experience of a lifetime. I look forward to each and every hunt.

STEVE SILCOX  

   Steve shot this Javelina in Mexico - the guys had so much fun hunting Javelina!

   Steve has been a hunter for more years than he wanted to say and he has been a licensed guide for 20 years. Not only does Steve guide for Rangeland Hunting Adventures he has been a friend for many years.          

   Steve has hunted or fished in Mexico, Alaska, Canada, Florida, Montana, South Dakota, and of course Wyoming. Many of these trips he and Brant have done together.

   Steve raises registered Black Angus Cattle on a place about 15 miles from Sheridan. He and his wife Gail have raised their family here. Jessica and Kaylene are grown with kids of their own and then there is Mark who is 14.

   Steve's ties to the area, the livestock and wildlife make him an excellent choice as a guide.

JIM MURPHY                              

            Jim shot this deer on the Hilman Family Ranch with his Mathews Switchback bow. Jim has been a part of Rangeland Hunting Adventures Family for 3 years.  Jim has hunted Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Montana, Texas, California, South Dakota, Mexico and Canada.

            Jim has been hunting for about 25 years. He has two boys, Broady 13 and Hunter 6. Jim loves to take the boys hunting. Broady has hunted for two years now and Hunter goes right along with them.

           Jim's favorite sport is hunting with Antelope and Black Bear being at the top of his list.

           Jim is a good hunter, a wonderful person and an asset to our business, we are lucky to have him.

ED MERIDETH  

    Ed is the newest addition to our family.  He has always had a great interest in hunting.

    Ed has hunted big game in Africa and New Zealand, and fished Florida, the Bahamas, California, Iowa and British Columbia.

    Working in a taxidermy shop - spending the past 2 years riding with Brant or one of the other guides on hunts and skinning has given Ed the desire to be a guide. Being raised in this area, his hunting experiences and enthusiasm make Ed a great addition to our outfit.

    We are very excited to have him with us.
